FlexTiles is a project which is co-funded by the European Union under the Seventh Framework Programme with ten participants of five countries. Its aim is to define and develop an energy-efficient yet programmable heterogeneous manycore platform with self-adaptive capabilities which also increases the accessibility of customizable manycores for industry. This platform distinguishes itself by being able to dynamically manage load balancing, power consumption and faulty modules. This workshop will enable the participant to actually experience the final results of the FlexTiles project by providing hands-on time with the platform with the support of the developers.
